Now, some of these backward steps could have been brought about by the lawyers, so if that is the case I can completely understand. It does make the experience worse for everyone else though.

We did the Tree top challenge and it was much more fun than we expected. They have different difficulty levels to which you can advance to (blue, red and black). We thought it was excellent value for our money. We paid $55 each to do the course and we were busy doing all the rope challenges for 2.5-3 hours. The staff are helpful and kind; they cared greatly about your safety and ensure you have the best time possible.

A fantastic adventure in the treetops! Visiting from Canada, I wanted to take the kids on an adventure. This experience was one of the best adventures we’ve ever had together. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect in terms of difficulty (mostly for myself, as I knew my children would completely catch on - and I have a fear of heights) but the staff quickly put all of my doubts to rest. The instructors were extremely friendly, understanding and helpful. The courses were thoroughly laid out and planned, easy to follow, with safe instructions. There was always someone ready to help when needed. We started off together and at the end of the first course we each decided to travel on our own. Each course was fun, exciting and challenging, yet not overwhelming, and we were able to travel at our own pace without any pressure. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone looking to spend time together as a family or with friends, or for anyone wanting to try something different. Spending time with my children, making memories amongst the treetops was one of the best days of my life. Thank you!

The staff are generally good. The safety video is pretty repetitive for people who have seen it before. It had changed a fair bit though, updated with the new stipulations that have been introduced over the years. It seems very long even on the first watch though. I dislike how in order to book you have to provide a lot of personal information, which I find privacy invading. Particularly when you sign up at the physical reception area, where you have to provide far more information that seems reasonable, and they don't justify why they need it, or how they will use it.

Forthly, the substitution of carabiners for 'clickets.' Essentially, the clickets function the same, but make it impossible for you to unclip from the platforms restraining wires with both clickets, so you are secured with at least one clicket at all times. Hence, you cannot fall off even if you want to. I am not alone in hating these things, as twisting the wire between the clickets makes it impossible to engage an unsecured cricket. They are bulky, heavy, and have had one break on me to the point I could unclip both. Good technology should be seamless to the experience. This is not the case here at all. They are your dominate interaction during all activities really. I really miss the old carabiners. Far easier to use when practiced. It really says a lot that staff use standard carabiners and not the clickets. Perhaps a good compromise would be to give the clients the option if upon request, they could use carabiners.

I've been to this place many times over several years, and it's changed a lot in that time! First, new courses, which is fantastic. Secondly, going from mandatory one piece climbing suits to free dress, which is great as well, to prevent the climbers from overheating. Thirdly, the change in rules. Gloves are now compulsory all the time. Seems like a bit of an overreach, considering how hot and unpleasant they are. Originally they just had activities where there is a sign stating that gloves are compulsory for the given activity. I thought that would have been fine. Really, it's common sense to use gloves when you look at the activity.

It was so fun to complete one level after the other (based on height Green, Red, and Black), When I started my Green level (the basic) I was bit shivery but slowly one task after the other, I started liking it. The tasks at every level were designed in an interesting way, like the zip line, then the ladder, rope walk etc. After the three levels, we can go through longer zip line above Crocodile and Kangaroo areas. The only advice to first-timers, try to go in a group of three, help each other and complete the task.

I guess the last thing to mention, this place seems targeted at far less athletic, smaller people than I am. That's all well and good, unless you are coming back here after a while, and the black course is far too easy, to the point it is not challenging at all. They say you have to be able to reach 1.8m with raised hands to do the black course, but I'm 1.9m tall, without raised hands. It can be made more fun if you try to do the activities quickly, but with the volume of people on the course that's pretty difficult if not impossible. And of course, those clickets don't help here once again. I wanted to skip the green course when I started so I wouldn't have to be arbitrarily affected by the children, but I was made aware of a new stipulation that you had to start on the beginner green course. In isolation, a lot of this lack of freedom is fine. However, after it all comes together, it just becomes patronising. Really, I hope this feedback reflects what I am surprised I haven't really seen in other reviews here, as I know I am definitely not alone in these opinions. If you are a first timer, I would definitely recommend. However, it's unlikely I will be coming back here again.

Pretty challenging. I had to give up mid way. Even rescued as I got tired in flying fox and couldnt pull myself up ( I weigh 100+kgs). But stil,, it was awesome. Helped overcome a lot of fears. Felt safe and lot of staff to keep an eye on you and make sure you are alright.

This general trend of added safety at the expense of enjoyment continues with the zip lines. They are a lot looser than they used to be, so you'll never need to brake to slow for the next platform. So you'll have to pull your way the remaining way up, even if you don't brake at all. I can see why from a safety point of view why they have done this. However, it seems a bit patronising, that they don't trust their clients to be able to brake for the next platform on zip lines, even on the black course.
