  Great team , great advice , great price. The customer service is good considering Umart are offering you almost wharehouse pricing and a cash and carry service. You will struggle to find a cheaper price. If people want better customer service expect to pay more and go to a main stream PC store and pay the premium for it. I've been shopping here for years.

  Although it's corporate, rather than the actual store, gotta knock off a star for the new overseas call centre. Even with low expectations, that's a "Yeah, nah". The call quality was average, and operator knowledge was shaky at best.

  Let's face it, you're shopping here because you don't want to get fleeced by the high street stores. Yeah, sometimes the customer service isn't amazing, but go in with few expectations, you probably won't be disappointed.

  Ultra friendly and very helpful staff make Umart a real pleasure to deal with. They can at times be slow with service, almost as if they have insufficient RAM but in time the lag releases and all flows smooth. Possibly the best value for money computer store in Qld currently

  Prices are good so keep using them but support is lacking. E.g. bought LG monitor here, had dead pixel, emailed them saying wouldn't be back on Gold Coast for a fortnight, they replied with LG has 7 day no dead pixel warranty (excellent), but I would need to return monitor within 7 days to claim it (even tho I had reported it)... so this fault is going to cost me 1/2 a day of my time for an unscheduled trip back to the Gold Coast from Brisbane just so I can get it back to the store 'in time'

  Great Customer Service. Items were not in stock, i received immediate notification and an apology and refund. Will buy from again purely from the great customer service i received.
