  Staff are friendly and go above and beyond! The gym is always clean and tidy. You have the option to work out on the main floor, take a class or use the virtual classroom. Would definitely recommend :)

  Called up Plus Fitness Nerang and asked about their sign up fee's, was so happy to hear that it was as simple as joining and tag fee. Went down and saw the team and had a tour of their fantastic facility. The wide variety of equipment was incredible and the virtual classrooms is an epic idea. The thought of jumping on a bike in the room and going for a nice fast pace ride along some of the worlds best roads is just getting me pumped to go.

  Convenient location, friendly atmosphere and some of the best staff I've dealt with in the fitness industry. High level of knowledge and always willing to offer help and advice.

  Plus fitness Nerang is an awesome facility to workout in especially with the 24 hour access! The staff are extremely friendly and provide great advice when needed. The gym is always kept very clean and tidy with the lastest gym equipment on show.

  The Service i received was fantastic and combine that with their state of the art facility and equipment i walked out a new member of the gym and cannot wait to get stuck in!!

  There's lots of gyms, and lots of sales. But Plus Fitness Nerang, has the greatest of tales. / First of all, the owner is Caitlin. Who struts around, like an absolute sensation. / Number two in charge, is our man Stuart. Who hasn't met an exercise, that he can't tear-apart. / Don't forget Kat, who teaches us Yoga. Until we feel like a flexible Cobra. / Then there's the gym, with all it's brand new gear. You'll want to stay all day, instead of drinking beer. / But the best of all, are the members. Who grunt and groan, but never surrender.
