  Best thing about 2 men and a truck is they were on time. From there the experience quickly deteriorated. Received quotes from other removal companies for 3 - 4 hrs to move a 2 bedroom unit ( half pre moved by my self) 700 meters down the road. 6 hrs later job completed with me doing 45 mins of packing then 40 mins of unpacking to get the job completed. Removalists forgot to mention to me about the hole in the wall they made when the sofa bed sprung to life, and chips made in marble top dining table made due to poor care. Charged $150 per hour which one assumes included insurance ( most quotes $90 per hour un insured ). The removalists were obviously on manyana time. Poor experience poor customer relations, 2 men and a truck will reimburse me for hole in wall repair but not damaged furniture or for for excessive time to complete job, I did receive an e mail which was excuse riddled explanations on why their service was substandard. KEEP AWAY .

  A word of warning if using this company! Make sure you ask for insurance and see the paperwork. I made the mistake of assuming that a removalist would be able to pick up a fridge and deliver it without it being destroyed in the process. As I didn't ask for insurance, I'm now left with a useless fridge due to them dropping it getting it in to the truck and unfortunately 2 men and a truck won't do a thing about it.

  Supposed to be here at 7am. They called and said they'd be late between 8 and 8.30. After 3 calls to complain its 10 am and they've arrived 3 hours late. Not good enough. When you have an appointed time stick to it. I was booked in as their 1st job so they weren't delayed at another job either.
