  Richard was recommended to me by a client of mine who is a vet in Brisbane. I'm so glad I finally found a knowledgeable and caring vet on the Gold Coast. It has been a long search. I also love that it is privately owned, not a big corporate company.

  Have had the pleasure of seeing these guys since we got our puppy over a year ago. Both, Dr Jane and Dr Richie have been absolutely amazing, alongside all of their staff. They are so friendly and accomodating. Every time we've had to go in it's been such a great experience. We drive 30 minutes to get there but totally worth it! A big thank you to the whole team, they are all awesome!

  Most amazing service! On holiday when our dog was injured and they made time to see him. The staff here are so welcoming and compassionate.

  I went to them to fix my dogs teeth. There were some extractions that were needed. I was charged $1100, which was fine. After the extraction my dog kept 'chomping at the bit'. I went back after a few weeks as it did not seem normal. The Vet (Rich) felt around his mouth and said there might be some tooth fragments left. Not great, but it happens. There also was a possibility that it could have been something else. So the Vet booked him in to see what was going on. On arrival I was informed that it would cost me $400 dollars. Now I could understand that if it was something different causing the issue, however, this vet did not even care to look and see before charging me again. Not to mention, he did not even care to 'look' and see what was happening and passed me off to a fill in peer vet. So I left, as I figure if I am going to pay 400 dollars I will give it to someone that will do the job properly. I waited for an entire day, no one rang me to try and sort out anything, or check to see how the dog was. Very disappointing.
